Which areas in Berlin do you Service?
I cover all of Berlin, with a focus on Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain and Neukölln. If you’re just outside the city, drop me a message and I’ll check if I can come.
How do I book a service?
Use the contact form (or WhatsApp) to send your preferred date & time, bike type, service requested and your address/postcode. I’ll reply within 24 hours to confirm.
What does the travel/visit cost include?
My price includes on-site work. If you live further away there might be a small travel surcharge — I’ll always tell you before I start. Before i start any work i will outline costs and expected work time.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, paypal and bank transfer.
What's included in a basic service/tune-up?
Includes degreasing drivetrain, cleaning frame/components, lubricating, brake and gear alignment, inspection, minor dynamo lighting work (rewiring cables) any replacement parts required are not included although we can discuss additional costs for installation if you require.
What if my bike is an e-bike or a cargo bike?
Whilst i can fix flat tyres and do minor brake alignment on e-bikes and cargo bikes, in general i prefer not to work on these bikes. If you would like help with your e-bike or cargo bike, please reach out and we can discuss options / pricing.
What do you not cover?
I specialise in standard bikes and wear-and-tear repairs. Major frame repairs, full electric diagnostics or large commercial bike fleets may be outside my scope. If I can’t help I’ll still be happy to refer you.
What happens if I need a part replaced?
If during service I find a part that must be replaced, I will discuss with you how to proceed (cost, lead-time). I won’t proceed without your permission.
What if i need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel at short notice I may still charge a small fee, depending on the travel time that was set aside for you.
How long does a service take?
Typically a basic tune-up takes around 1-2 hours on-site. Flats are usually fixed in 15-30 minutes (depending on bike type and condition).
What if something goes wrong after the service?
If you experience any issues with the work done within 7 days, contact me and I’ll come back to make it right.
In which languages can you communicate/service?
I’m fluent in English and currently learning German. If you prefer to speak only German, that’s absolutely fine — I’m always happy to practice, and it helps me improve faster!
